Prompted by karadin’s word and image using an old postcard as a base, I photographed a 1901 Japanese woodblock calendar that I have and thought that, each month, I would choose a poem to match the picture and invite Gackt to join in too! Here is my trial piece, the month of March and with a kimono theme in honour of the current GA winter challenge.

A quick fanart post before I disappear into deadline limbo for a bit again. XD;


I had a sudden urge for Aidou x Kaname, so I doodled this quick little pic:

It's just an innocent & cute kiss discovery since they're still so young, but Aidou definitely is leading. XD *lol*


Please ignore the messiness or the fact that Kaname is wearing something more party-outfit-like and Aidou is wearing a at-home-or-studying-like outfit. XD;;

I had envisioned them around the time they were when Aidou 'came out' to Kaname about not hating him and all. ♥
Except that seeing how Aidou is very visibly more seme-like and Kaname distinctily more uke-like in this pose, I'd guess it's before that time (Kaname was far more subdued prior to Rido's attack of the house and him having to grow up so fast for Yuuki XD; ), back during the time where Aidou was still more bossy around Kaname and Kaname was more shy and struggling to get his approval (like in the cute flashbacks of their first meeting XD<333). ♥♥♥
Ah, how the tables would turn between those two. XD *lol*

In fact, I can't help but wonder if Aidou is so subservient and Kaname so prone to punishment towards him nowadays (I find the counting of the beans in the pantry in recent chapters hilarious, and the slapping around at school is somewhat kinky 8D), it's perhaps in part because of how Aidou treated Kaname like crap when they were kids. XD *lol*
Aidou might still feel guilty to this day. XD *lol*

And, even more random, I had an urge some time ago to draw a young Kaname playing a violin (pouring out his heart and pain from love and loneliness and everything into the music, hence his expression), and so this pic was born:


I'm aware that he isn't holding the stuff in an orthodox or proper manner.
I never played violin myself so please ignore the technicalities... XD;;;
